Andrew established Arc & Co. in 2008 in response to the economic crisis that gripped the world.  With a lack of liquidity amongst lenders many individuals were left without routes to finance high value personal assets.  Through his understanding of complex financial structures, Andrew was able to secure finance of behalf of his clients where traditional financiers could not.  Arc & Co. Group has continually demonstrated growth under his leadership and Andrew has expended Arc & Co. into marine, aviation and real estate.  Andrew has built a team with a passion about finance that is the key to getting our clients the right result.

Gary holds a degree in Aeronautics & Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has worked in aviation finance for the past 12 years. Having previously worked as the aviation asset manager at GE Capital and Lombard, Gary has a deep understanding of the aircraft financier world. He has handled numerous aircraft transactions, sitting at the nexus of technical, appraisal, operational, financial, tax and legal expertise to drive deals to completion.

Michael has been involved in global aircraft and marine finance for over 40 years, acting as lender, lessor and lessee, as well as on syndications, securitisations and IPOs, with a variety of parties including major flag carriers, operating lessors and users of business jets, throughout Europe, and in the USA, Japan and the Middle East. He has been responsible for creating and developing structuring and financing activities for a number of international banks, most recently with BNP Paribas Group. His primary objective is to develop structures and solutions so that transactions are swiftly and efficiently completed to the satisfaction off all parties involved.
